Codeabel retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the client. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any materials, including text, images, and graphics, provided to Codeabel for use in their project.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Codeabel reserves the right to withhold a portion of the payment for work already completed if a project is terminated before completion.
